Can not queue for regular dungeons at level 61

my evoker bryonne on the blade’s edge realm level cannot queue for dungeons !

Unable to queue up for tw dungeons

After you use a boost on a character, or after creating a new Evoker, you need to wait at least 24 hours before attempting to enter old dungeons or raids. It may take up to 48 hours to clear the locks on older content.
