Hello today half way through my quests in the new goblin zone and my extra button to get on the motorcar G-99 Breakneck has vanished. I’ve unloaded all addons including elvui and it is still gone. any clear way to retrieve this button? to be clear, I have done several quests on the motorcar. My friend is with me the entire time doing the quests and his has not vanished. When I use ‘Caddy caller’ It gives me the arrow above my character to go to a destination but I dont get on the car. When I go to the racing dailys it lets me on the car only for the race.

I am having the same issues. I can get on a normal ground mount, but not the new Breakneck.

I wonder if it was the extra action button glitch where it disappears. If so, the only way I could get it back was to go into edit move and move the extra action button. Doesn’t have to be moved to a new location. Just pick it up and put it right back where it was. Causes the game to realize the button exists. You can also pull the button down like you could in WoD for your garrison abilities so it never vanishes again.
I am also having this same issue, I followed all the advice from the two tickets I put in. I tried clearing cache/addons ect. If i type /cast G-99 breakneck, it will trigger a global cooldown, but nothing happens. This started after I disconnected inside the zone on 3/5/2025. The only thing of note, It was the kind of disconnect where your character stays in the game for a time before eventually logging out. I seem to have just lost the ability to summon the G-99 Breakneck, I will get it back for the races in the zone, but lose it after, same as the OP. A small edit to add, as it could be relevant to helping fix it, only the one character is having this issue, all my other characters can summon it fine.
2nd edit: I faction transferred for a different reason (better racials) and this fixed it. Obviously I’m not advocating people spend money to fix this issue, but again maybe it can help find out what’s wrong.

This also started for me today. I was doing the Undermine world quest where you shoot down the little zeppelins with fireworks and DC’d upon its completion. It was a very long time before I was logged out and it indicated my connection to Blizzard had been lost. Upon logging back into the game, my extra action button for the G-99 was gone. As with others, I can mount a ground mount, but am unable to mount the G-99 using a macro or anything else. It triggers the global cooldown, but will not mount.

I was able to fix this, completely by accident. I received the bug after DC’ing to the world quest “Firework It.” That world quest came back around in North America last night. Today, I did it and when it completed, I had my G-99 extra action button back. So it might be worth trying the specific world quest where your own bug started or any of these that give you a targeting mechanism. Good luck.

Can confirm, it JUST happened to me less than a minute ago. What’s weird is I got MY bug off returning from the Liberation of Undermine LFR, but then again, I might’ve completed this quest without realizing.
