I buy pattern from vender then can not learn it so no way to lvl blacksmithing . My blacksmithing is 512 patterns are 510 . Pop up says this spell not available to you . Just did greens to 515 could not learn 515 pattern .

Tailoring, Leatherworking, and Blacksmithing all have recipes that can be bought near their trainers for materials. Many of them (like maybe 30) cannot be learned; “That spell is not available to you” appears and the learning fails even though your character meets the requirements.
