Have tried with many different guild names, and both myself nor my boyfriend can use the guild charter item. It says ‘right click for details’ but nothing happens. He tried to buy one and I tried and neither work. We both disabled all addons but still unable to interact with this item. We also tried deleting it and buying a new from a different NPC and still no luck. Are we doing something wrong ?
Old advice used to be to make sure the charter is in your main back pack. I’m not sure if it’s still applicable though.

I am having the same issue. I have tried the other solutions listed on other forums with no luck:
Made sure it was in my main pack (even removed all other packs to make sure)
Tried on multiple toons with different guild names
Cleared the WDB folder
removed all addons
Still no luck getting it to open to get signatures. Any help finding a solution would be greatly appreciated.
Try a proper reset by deleting or renaming not the same as disabling. The wtf cache intferface folders.
I’m having the same issue–none of htis is working either. I sense a patch day guild charter breakage!
I am having the excat same problem, have the guild charter item, but can not invite anyone, nor does the item respond
Yeah, having the same issue. I even disabled ALL addon, made sure the charter was in my main bag, and still no change.
Having this issue as well, I disabled all addons, pretty much did everything everyone else here is saying they did and still unable to right click the charter.

Ive had the same issue i even tried different servers and it wont work
same issue here. Charter not allowing me to get signatures. Tried disabling all addons etc.
Same issue, attempted on 2 separate accounts. Hope you all are opening in game tickets for the issue.
i have been and got warned not to make any more tickets about it. i will also be making a post in general here in a min to try to get some more attention.

posting here cuz i saw there was a topic about this . i kept having that happen on my horde pally so i gave up , i hated it too i had to disband the guild i was in, that i made for myself and all my alts . Cuz it glitched and showed i wasnt in a guild i had to do it for both alli and horde . so irritating tbh .
