I’m starting to seriously flip out with this.
As Demology, you are CONSTANTLY in combat because those lil shaite imps just DONT COME BACK, they keep attacking the target and walking towards then until they despawn, and WORSE the new ones that spawn will also search for the previous target.
If its not then is a random doomguard who spawned who also refuse to comeback
A lot of time i have to walk like a goober because im in combat, is this a me problem? no one suffer this?
Edit: i just revived from dead and i was still in combat and could not mount up

We have the same problem as hunter.
I play as BM as well, and trust me, is not nearly as bad as demology
It’s always like this. It’s so bad in PvP when someone runs away. You can see them 1000 yards away mounted up but the imps are still chasing him and you’re still in combat.
Or at the training dummies. Even using Power Siphon or Implosion to kill the imps but the new ones go right back to fighting 
“Hey boss, you left one here! Don’t worry, I’ll get it!”

I gotta admit don’t think I had a problem with felguard using soul strike on an off target every now and then.
Currently even having the felguard set to attack my target and only hit this target the damn thing will every now and then decide to use sou strike on some off target that is close to him.
To only thing that seems to fix it, it’s setting him to passive, which can work but if you set the pet commands to passive it breaks vilefiend and vilefiend will not use his jump charge ability the moment it comes off its portal, it will instead gallop very slowly to it’s target.
Can’t imagine the times I was in a mythic plus and those imps are still holding me hostage from combat.
I hate it when you’re locked in combat but there’s no one around to fight!
It is a problem, and an unnecessary overburden. I submitted a suggestion in game ticket to create a dismiss imps button or allow self-targeting implosion at a minimum. This dismiss imps function could also dismiss doomguards.
Unlikely to ever see a resolution.

I’m rarely stuck in combat, so what are others doing to do so ? I open world as Demo a lot and just mow mobs down, no extra agro and quest on.
You arent doing pvp or bgs then, its very annoying

No I dont often play the broken aspects of the game. Pvp has been a nightmare for too long to want to invest in.
