I just rolled a mage in Shadowlands and, even though I played some of BfA, I never killled Ivus in Darkshore. I’ve seen various claims in the forums that he can still be killed, but that he doesn’t drop loot, just Azerite? I’m looking for the Moonpriest’s Vestments, and it seems like only he can drop them. Any ideas?
I’ve never seen any enemy in this game not drop items that they have previously dropped, aside from some flavour items that are no longer in the game. I’m pretty sure this dude can still drop items.
I can’t see why he wouldn’t still drop the items on his loot table, drop rate has never been 100% though (uses standard WB personal loot drops). You will also have to wait till he is available during the correct Darkshore warfront phase, as well as probably requiring multiple people to kill him.
