If I buy a BoE helm, can I convert it to a set piece?

Good question. I’m pretty sure the answer is Yes, but not to the point where I would spend $$$ before I knew for sure.

Yes, boe raid epics can be converted to tier

I took some boe bracers and sent them to an alt. Was able to convert them to tier.

As long as it’s one of the epics that came from the current raid, yes.
