I have some items from dragonflight that I want to upgrade to unlock their appearance… Is this still possible?
Season is over, upgrade NPCs don’t accept Dragonflight gear anymore. Also, flighstones and dragonflght era crests are currency items so they were “turned off” – even if the NPCs let you, you dont have the currency.
Yeah I saw i just need flightstones but i guess i cannot get them anymore

the only DF items still upgradable are the token drops from forgotten reach, it uses that brick to upgrade from 385 to 395. The 385 unlocks normal vault of incarnates teir gear and upgrading it to 395 gets you the heroic version. as far as i know the bricks are still farmable from the bosses there.
Blizzard also has a habit of draining all your flightstones every season to zero but yeah sad to say you’ll just need to farm the content at a alter time for the appearances you missed out on. I for one got a lot of that down the road to do as I liked how the mythic raid gear of certain raids looked but was never able to do any mythic raids
