I complete my Korrak’s Revenge quest on my Shammy before the event ended, but didn’t get a chance to turn it in…
It’s still in my quest log, so can I still turn it in? If so, where? Didn’t see the QG in AV when I went back in.

I don’t think so. The event is over.
Doubt there is a way to turn it in since the event and instance is now gone - and the turn-in NPC as well.
I would open a ticket and see if blizz will help you out and send you your reward. Worth a try.
That said, I am not sure what the reward choices were for DKs. For my mage the only choice was a wand which I didn’t want/need anyway. lol
Pretty sure it is has become one of those quests that you can just share with people years from now as a joke

Found the NPC outside the AV instance… but not able to turn in to him, even though he sells the hammer… ah well, ticket in with Blizz, see if they will help.
(This is for my Shaman btw)

Heard back from a Gm, no luck, they can’t do any thing 
Ah well!
It might be back next year around the Anniversary event that comes by again. 
Though given they generally do a new thing per anniversary, it’s really anyone’s guess.
