Can I solo a low level dungeon or raid

Hello,
Me as a ilvl 310 can I solo a low level dungeon or a raid ? Which could i do and would it be worth for me to get better items ?

No, solo-able instances are old content and will drop gear between 50 - 200 ilvl. People only do them for acheivements and collectibles.

So is it worth while leveling to go through solo dungeons ? and when are u able to do that ?

You want to be about 10 - 15 ilvls above the content. But no, they arent good for leveling. As I said before, people only do them for achievements and collectibles.

Generally you need to be 10 levels above a dungeon level to be able to effectively solo it - some may be able to do it sooner with good gear and knowledge of mechanics. 70 for Vanilla Dungeons / 90 for BC and Wrath / 100 for Cata and Mop / 110 for WoD and 120 for Legion

Not effective for leveling or gearing, I don’t believe.

By the time you’re high enough to be able to solo a dungeon, you’ll get zero XP because the mobs are all gray and you’ll already be wearing far better gear than it would have dropped.

People solo dungeons for transmog appearances, and every once in a while they’ll solo Warlords of Draenor raids to vendor all the gear for gold (and with inflation like it’s been, even that’s questionable gain). That’s it.

I got another question. Shall i go raiding immediatly when i hit ilvl 320 ?
