until the “Accept” button starts working or will I have back out and relaunch the client? I already did that 3 times and it didn’t work… 
That is what i am doing as well. I already got the name i wanted on Old Blanchey, but I am hoping to get a backup on a pvp server.

just chill on character select and watch the timer on the enter world button when countdown reaches 0

Doesn’t the character screen log you out after exactly 30 minutes?
Was it mentioned somewhere that the server was going to have a soft reboot before the opening time? I thought someone referenced that being in the Reddit AMA or something.

Like others said there will be a reboot but heck I did not even know we could sit at the screen and I just created my first character … Palawin! Nice to see the old graphics and hear that awesome music!
