Are we still able to return to Dalaran via hearthstone after its destruction in the expansion?
I have a few characters that I still need to do Legion hall quests in and that means returning to a version of Dalaran that is not under attack. Is that something I can do now or do I have to wait until after the official launch?
I could on my level 80.
Yes. Legion Dalaran will continue to be as it always has. (And so will Northrend Dalaran.)
I think you need to use a portal to Dalaran I heard the Dalaran Hearthstone toy no longer works as it sends you into the middle of the sea unless of course they’ve already fixed the phasing error and it works as intended again

You can, but we shouldn’t be able to - not without at a minimum talking to a bronze dragon to revert time like with Undercity after BFA. It exploded. That was a choice they made for the story. The fact that I can just as easily port there or use my hearthstone is a huge disconnect from the story. Really a shame.
thats what happens when they keep using the same damned city as a hub or starter zone for several expansions, lol.
It was partly why I hoped to get all my alts to have at least started their class hall quests before the new expansion came out.
The fact that Dalaran was used in multiple expansions is fine. For me, the problem, was that in those expansions they made it the hub and because of that you need time displaced versions to now exist when the city is aactually a pile of rubble.
