Yes. At your trainer. Should be 1g if you haven’t done it before.
It caps out at 50s on Beta. I wonder if that’s a bug.
They want to encourage it on Beta because they want things tested, including talents.
You get free gold on beta though…
You will visit any Shaman trainer and speak to them. From there you can reset your talents but it costs gold.
