I’m getting super burnt out of retail. Game is boring me to tears. I’m considering starting up fresh on Era, but I feel like most people on Era are on there to do hardcore. I have zero interest in that sort of gameplay, defeats the whole point of the game imo. Is there a normal classic era server that doesn’t do hardcore? Preferably Alliance

No requirement to play Hard Core, just make a character on the above mentioned realms and you’re in.
Classic comes with the shocker that your class will be an order of magnitude more basic, but overall still VERY fun, its just very different if you have never played Classic before.
You mention Alliance, The Whitemane Cluster is really poppin.
I been playing wow since 2005 so I definitely have played “classic” before. I miss many of the RPG elements. Nothing to do on retail except raid or run keys

Are all PvE realms connected on the US realms, like the EU side? Except the RP realms ofc.
I would give you my opinion on HC players but most are so tightly wound any criticism sets them off.
Oh man; the feels on that one. Tons of RPG elements in The Vanilla, so looking forward to seein you there.

Im not playing the HC on that realm, its super chill and lots of fun there

Hardcore is largely isolated on Bloodsail Buccaneers. You won’t really see much HC outside that realm
