That’s exactly what I said. They don’t really scale UNTIL cap. And the cap normally raises each season. Not the 1-9 range. Thus the big outcry for catch up gear after season 1.
Not at all. More so expect a nerf or something because that is just absurd to think that is okay for pvp OR pve at lvl 60/61.
It’s blizz fault in the end for letting it happen, but at the same time, players SHOULD have enough common sense to say to themselves “this is going to get nerfed”, not “370ilvl gear at lvl 60? This is fine.”
