I never shared my daily schedule. Again, you’re a moron.
Nope. That time you spend every day at school is enough to prevent you from getting it.
Rank 14 require around 18 hours a day grinding for months in a row.
These days I’m only sleeping 6.5 if i’m lucky. High school days were so nice, I always felt refreshed when I woke up.
Do you have 70 hours per week spare every week for a bare minimum of 13 weeks? You cannot take a break from pvp or you will slide backwards. Even after that there is no guarantee you will hit R14.
It doesn’t require as insane a time sink as people think. It wasn’t any bigger than modern day hardcore raiding or PvP.
Lol. Maybe on a dead realm. I did the grind. It takes all day living in bgs otherwise you get beat out by the chinese sellers and account sharers.
Classic is here to stay. You’ll be able to push for rank 14 even in 10 years, hopefully. But if you fail miserably in school now, you will never get a second shot at your career options. Don’t do it. Grind rank 14 in your career first, then pwn highschooler n00bs while sunbathing next to your swimming pool.
eh? were you on a small server? mine had well over 2 dozen serious guilds that were aiming for it. these people literally played all day to rank up.
on a server like herod, faerlina or whitemane, you better be glued to your chair for at least 14 hours a day to stand a chance.
- The percentage of players that may reach ranks 6 through 14 has been increased.
Sounds easy I say go for it! Nerfed like MC!
School is lame anyway.
Would enjoy your senior year and not waste the time on grinding out to rank 14. By the time you reach it you’ll hate the game and yourself. All of that for a title and a weapon. Not worth it in my opinion but you can do whatever you want!
No. You cannot. People will spend 12+ hours at least doing nothing but pvp. Just accept this fact that you cannot do rank 14. Do not waste your time trying, can you play and have fun PvPing? Sure! I wish you the best. But you will not get rank 14. Too many people with no lives or school will be doing it and you simply cannot compete with that. Which is fine! You don’t need 14 to have fun. Shoot for rank 11 or 12 imo. That might be possible.
I mean if you want to try to apply for a job or college later in your life and then they look at your transcript and question it. You gotta explain to them how you tried to get rank 14 in a game called Classic WoW and how you didn’t care about anything else.
Drop out and get rank 14 bro, get your GED later. Make up a good story as to why you’re disappearing for awhile though, no one wants to know you spent 20 hours a day playing video games and pooping into a sock.
I mean most people have some sort of commitment. If you’re not in school you’re working, if you’re not working you’re in school. Some people are doing both.
The issue is there’s the dubbed “no-lifers” who have an excess amount of time for one reason or another and with servers being much larger than they used to be and how the ranking system works it’s likely to be more difficult than it was in the past.
I only got to R9 in Vanilla and that was apparently right before it got really difficult so I can’t say from experience, but expect to need to be grinding BGs daily during the week and playing a ton during the weekend and that likely won’t be enough to hit R14.
Even if you could do it, you’d end up circling balancing every minute of the day around whether or not it’d bite into your grind time.
It’s psychologically unhealthy at that point. Even without a job and not being in school, I still don’t want to do it because I know just what kind of person one can turn into when they obsess over something so pathetic as a video game. It consumes everything they are, throwing away time they will never get back into something so small. It’s not worth it; it’s never worth it.
No different than those who throw their lives away for any other obsession.
Spin it as dedication, perseverance and goal driven.
Not unless you play over the summer for 12-14 hours a day.
Welp, this is the best comment I’m gunna read all day for sure.
Pfft…who needs to finish High School and go into 6 figure debt going to College to be a Civil Engineer, which even if you finish college there is a 90% probability that you won’t work as a civil engineer. Then you get married and have kids. Eventually your wife starts to despise you because your working a job that didn’t require college in the first place and can’t pay the bills because of all the tuition that you are still paying off. She divorces you and gets custody of the kids, in which you have to pay a couple grand per month to child support and alimony. You get a second job to pay all the bills and have time for only working and sleeping. Then you die of old age a lonely man.
Or you can get rank 14.
You actually have a pretty good opportunity to. I don’t know what grade you’re in or if you’re planning to do anything over the summer, but you can grind to rank 10 or so during the school year, then make the push to 14 when school is out for summer.
Obviously put school first though. Don’t neglect homework and such.
