I have some stuff that i think i will get more profit if i disinchant them than if i sell it, but i am not an enchanter, is there a way for me to do it ?
maybe the guy at garrison can ?
Find an enchanter to do it for you.
No you cannot disenchant if you aren’t an Enchanter.
However, if you could the mats would be worthless anyways.

Can always ask in /general or /trade. I’ve done it in the past for people for free when someone needed it, sometimes they tipped sometimes they didn’t but I never expected it if i offered to do it. Never hurts to check
I think he means if he sells the mats versus the items.
I’m saying that if what he wanted was true (he could disenchant without being an enchanter and everyone could) the market would be flooded with the mats and they would be worthless. So he wouldn’t be able to profit if this was the case.
Bind on equip items you find can be traded or mailed to an enchanter to disenchant them and send you back the materials. There is no way in WoW to get bind on pickup items disenchanted if you aren’t an enchanter.
