I’m just curious about this due to a discussion with my friends. By the way I’m not talking about paying people or undead but humans who disagree with the alliance.
They should be able too.

Humans that disagree wit the Alliance get to join their own faction, its called the traitors, their starting zone is the Stormwind gallows.

and orcs loyal to the alliance.

Sort of, you have to undergo an initiation process first. You’ll look more much paler and bits of you will start falling off.

No, I believe they’re called undead because alliance forsook them.

Probably could theoretically. There’s many humans out there who aren’t associated with the Alliance at all. Bandits, members of neutral organizations, freelance wanderers, people who’d rather do their own things. The neutral groups have Alliance and Horde races working together.
Some individuals have worked with the Horde before too. It might not be easy getting accepted and it’d definitely be rare, but who knows. It’s not impossible I don’t think.
The only human that should join the horde are Vrykul.
Actually, we kicked em out because a decaying hand landed in the punch bowl and a finger landed in the french fries

Not now. Now you have to be undead to join the horde if you’re human but maybe Blizzard will change that one day.
Maybe this humans could look past undead because they hate the alliance?
