Can humans get 305 in sword skill?

I thought skills were 5 times your lvl? So 300?

Human Racial is +5 plus Sword skill from Weapons like Maladath. So they can go over 305 even.
Also Edgemasters +7

Human racial + gear can get you what you need.

Lvl x 5 is the max base skill you can have. Any bonuses (from racial, gear, enchants) are added on top of that. This works for all skills, like fishing.
