Not any longer. She left the entire Horde which includes the Forsaken when Zovaal still had part of her soul. He since gave that back to her so it’s not clear how she identifies or if she identifies at all.
As for the Forsaken they now have a council leading them consisting of “Calia Menethil, Deathstalker Commander Belmont, Dark Ranger Velonara, and Master Apothecary Faranell” - WoWPedia

I feel like arguing with them isn’t going to do much good, they’re probably not going to budge from thinking that Blood Elves (spent two years sipping fel to stave off hunger and addiction) are somehow more corrupt than a Death Knight. (spent over a decade with a “hunger” for causing pain and having frozen plagues for blood, will continue to do so forever)

By that logic then Death Knight Blood elves wouldn’t be “High Elves” because they identify as being apart of the Ebon Blade.

the only reason high elf exist as a name for whats left of the species, is because a small percent, decided to keep it, considering they didnt wanna join the horde.
the blood elves only changed the name, cause they had alot of they’re kin die, like 90% of em.
blood elves is not an off-shoot species of high elves or anything.
not like the nightborne, night like the night elves.
they are just elves with a leader who had an edge phase for majority of his life.
