Honestly, just make hairstyles universal. Let any race choose any hairstyle (as long as it makes sense of course).
These Human hairstyles would look fabulous on Blood Elves, or even Orcs, for example.

I have a BE hairstyle that I want for Wild, that would be very cool! I want a quest where I get 5 wefts of hair from BEs (from PvP, seduction, buying BE hair with gold, snipping hair from AFK BEs, just something fun like that) to unlock a wig with the exact style I want. Maybe the tailoring trainers in SW could be the questgivers.

The limited choices of hairstyles currently available for Nightborne makes me sad.
I kind of like this. The barber can have a list of all hairstyles (like we do in real life) that we can pick from. A list for females and a list for males; where it doesnât matter what toon you are on at the time (whether it is human/undead human âaka Forsakenâ, elf, orc, tauren, troll, gnome/mechagnome, goblin, vulpera, or pandaren).
Players can go to a barber and there would be a book that they click on. The book would bring up a list of different hairstyles depending on gender instead of race that they can choose from. 
I donât even think it should stop at gender. Itâs a fantasy game, and we are more limited than IRL.
Unfortunately, that fabulous hairstyle does not fix KTâs serial killer eyes.

Ya so I have mentioned this numerous times in the past. Might not be the exact phrasing as the thread title but still same thing. Adds a lot more hairstyle options to all races. So yes avid supporter of this.

It would be nice if hairstyles were universal. People should be allowed to have their characters look the way they want.
and while we are on the hair style topic, why canât we have hair hang down from the helmets instead of default buzz cut look?
I always vote for similar hair under hats and helmets. My transmogs never use them, mainly because they hide all that work I did creating each characterâs specific look.
