Non slappy hands, breathe build with maybe venthyr? Just trying to mess around with something before Dragon lands. Anyone have any success with anything?
I believe Breath does 66% Less Damage against Players.

Oh and if you’re trying to make Cold Heart or Frostwyrm’s Fury work through bursts of damage. They do 70% Less Damage against Players as well.
Absolute Zero is not bad though.

Preamble: Obliteration 2h FDK is far far better. All advice here is to address OPs question. This is based on my own empirical efforts with messing around with DW in non rated BGs and Solo Shuffle.
This build is a high throughput build with some burst potential. Might work with affliction lock or Shadow Priest for an old school rot comp and where you have lower chance of being the focus target.

-Eradicating Blow or Accelerated Cold. (Prefer eradicating blow because it makes FS less painful to use but Accelerated Cold has good overall throughput during Pillar Windows)

-Vers>Crit to 18-22%>Mastery>Haste
-Found around 18-22% crit with with 4pc is good. Depends on how good your gear is 
Pvp Talents
-Chill Streak
-Death Chill or Dead of Winter. (Get much more overall damage with more uses of Remorseless winter with death chill. Get more of a formal kill window with DoW+Chillstreak.)
-Bitter Chill (Useful due to the amount of Frost Strikes used with this build), Strangulate, or Spellwarden.
Total clown build but I had fun with it. 
Funny how this thread was right before the nerfs to necro dk. Maybe misread title; thinking it means “dreamweaver”/night fae
I’ve tested all 4 covenants in pvp with both frost and blood.
Frost is terrible with venthyr because you have to use obliterate instead of frost strike to make it have higher burst during swarming mist, but if you have 3+ obliterates ready in a row every minute(I didn’t) it does decent.
Frost can be ok with night fae, but you’ll have to use the pvp talent that gives 2 charges to death and decay for it to be even decent, especially if players run away and aren’t stupid enough to stand in it.
(tested all 3 choices for night fae; I found most success with Korayn>dreamweaver>niya)
Frost with Kyrian was actually pretty good. The damage isn’t really “bursty” but it does good aoe damage if you spread the dot enough. You essentially keep track of a dot that you spread with your runespending abilities.
tldr; If you avoid the necro covenant; you’re better off going kyrian since you won’t have to sacrifice a pvp talent to make it decent.
