I used microsoft’s copilot to figure this out and it said guardian druids can equip shields, I eventually came a across a shield in game and I couldn’t equip it. I couldn’t find the answer to this question online, so I am here to ask which weapons and off-hands can guardian druids equip? Thanks in advance.
Look under the General tab of you spellbook and mouse over Weapon Skills. Druids are proficient in:
Daggers
Fist Weapons
Maces
Polearms
Staves
Notably, no shields. In fact the only things Druids can old in their offhand are offhand Intellect items meant to pair with Intellect Maces. (Note that even though the Feral Artifact weapon is a dagger in each hand, Druids cannot normally equip daggers in their offhand).
There are other games where Druids can use shields (like D&D) but WoW is not one of those games.
Relying on AI to do your fact checking for you is a bad idea.
We can equip staves, maces, fist weapons, daggers, polearms, and two-handed maces as well as leather armor and off-hand items (not shields).
