Can Dragons Procreate in Human Form?

For the sake of science

This sounds like a question for Jaina Proudmoore.

there are no known half dragons. So no.

It’s a little known fact. Yes, they can. But there is a hitch to it. Only one of them can be human, the other needs to be a dragon. Careful consideration must go into this.

There are a few but they have been restricted to demi gods.

Why do they even have a Human form is it to be more approachable to the other races of azeroth? Stealth reasons?

So they can fit through most doorways? Same reason i use squeakers instead of a dragon mount… lol

I would think their DNA is significantly different. They only appear as a particular race while in visage form. But they aren’t actually that race. They’re still dragons. I would imagine that they could still mate that way, with another dragon in visage form.

If you mean cross-species, I highly doubt it. While they could certainly go through the physical act, it wouldn’t produce an egg/offspring.

Must be time for the servers to come up if we have hit this level on a tuesday

Just yet…

it’s been over ten thousand years since War of the Ancients where elves and dragons fought together. Still nothing

If Orcs in Grim Batol didn’t find a way to breed powerful half-dragon warriors - it’s not happening

DNA would not matter in WoW because for the most part WoW’s races are mutants. Then we have cases like Elune and Malorne which should not work at all but produced offspring. From there is gets even stranger with Zaetar and Theradras that also produced offspring. With WoW what mainly keeps races from mixing is either hate or their insular nature.

Debatable.

There’s a chance that Lucan Foxblood is some sort of human dragon hybrid. It’s just a fan theory, but he is a human with bright green eyes who can teleport into and out of the Emerald Dream at will.

The official story, which Eranikus told him at least, is that his parent was “a fey creature” of the dream, and that he was born in the dream with his mother dying in childbirth, with Eranikus sparing him and somehow this linking them together. Weirdly when he teleports he always teleports somewhere near to wherever Eranikus is.

This led to the fan theory that this green eyed human who can physically dreamwalk at will and is eternally bound to a green dragon who was present when he was born under mysterious circumstances might actually be that green dragon’s kid.

Wait is that for you? Or for the lovely couple once they’re done experimenting?

Don’t say both. Don’t say both

No, Alexstrasza will not have your baby. :joy:

I’m sure there are some places on Moanguard where this has already happened.

well, it doesn’t sound like natural form of reproduction. Not biological one atleast.
