1.) Yes they do. They have a direct link to the post I just quoted.

2.) That quote is from the official forums your posting on. The these literally contains every set bonus in 11.2.

Just checked it again. Green text post is still missing the fury half of the 4-set. This thread can be deleted though, as its evident there is a fury portion
