Does this mean you can only do a dungeon once a day? Or cant do them for 24 hours from start?
There is a reset time where it all resets. so if you do them at night, a few hours later it resets

You can do 2 different dungeons in a day - just not the same dungeon more than once.
It works exactly like heroic dungeons.

THERE IS NO 24HR LOCK OUT< STOP CALLING IT THAT
It reset daily w/ the server reset time, if you run it and the server reset is 1hr later you can run it again. You toon is NOT locked out for 24hrs, just until next server reset.

is a way to see how many time left to do the dungens again? apply a way to see how many time left to do the dungeon again pls
Try opening the social tab (O) and clicking Raid Info. Dungeons should show up here too.

How does this work with the normal dungeon reset function? Can i reset the dungeon 5x and re-enter and clear (x) amount of the dungeon before it locks me for the day?
