Why do you guys form raid groups to camp the oribos portal in the Maw? It’s Tuesday, do you actually have nothing better to do?
Do you have some world pvp quest or something? I would love to know to reason to I can understand because it doesn’t make sense to me.

Against overwhelming odds, yeah. Just turn off warmode unless you want to be farmed.
The quest is called Against Overwhelming Odds and it is given to the less favored faction in a given week. The quest is to kill 25 players in war mode. The reward 250 Anima. (or 200, can’t remember)
I wish i could do PVP. the pvp quest is bugged to heck in a handbasket. Last week it only counted for killing level 60’s despite the quest telling you that 50+ are elegible, and this week even level 60s don’t count.
Ah so a permanent alliance quest, got it.

Yep, feels good. Not only are we the good guys, we also get a weekly quest to kill a bunch of bad guys! Too bad the quest doesn’t work though.
They’re doing it for “Against Overwhelming Odds.”
I haven’t turned on War Mode since 8.2 dropped and Mechagon illustrated the faction imbalance for me in brilliant Technicolor…but that quest is why they’re doing it.
Honestly, I don’t have a lot of sympathy since literally everywhere else in the game, it’s stacked 10:1 against us. Which…is why we get that weekly quest.
Turn off WM for Maw work and then turn it back on when you’re done. That’s the only way you’re gonna avoid it, I’m afraid.

Yes actually.
It’s due to a quest, the underdog faction gets it, kill X amount of people and get a reward.
But, us Hordies aren’t innocent of ganging up on people, it’s just more noticeable if you’re the one getting ganked.
I only do it out of spite because Alliance is doing it. Id rather bully them out then enable Blizzard to give them rewards for camping the Maw enterance.
We get the quest precisely because alliance get bullied everywhere else. You’re just ensuring we keep the quest permanently, so thank you!
I only attack you if you attack me anywhere else or I see people in trouble. Or if you deliberatly keep interupting me when Im doing quest objectives especially the last one.
