im really struggling to see targets and players in battle grounds can anyone clear up the screen

You can put a sniper scope icon on your current target.

If you can’t post a link normally just surround the link in `s or highlight it and click the preformatted text button at the top of post editing window and it will let you post it in plain text.
If you’re talking about nameplates obscuring everything, that is very annoying. There are addons to modify nameplates but you’ll have to find a profile you like or make one yourself.
