Can a middle ground be found for Karma already

like this CD is either broken OP or a complete joke

right now its the latter

like its very boring some seasons Karma is divine shield others its gone in 1-2 globals

buff Karma by a small margin for Windwalker, 90 second CD does not equal 1 aimed shot or 2 feral globals (or it shouldn’t to say it more correctly)

windwalker is about trading its medium-sized defensives based on the situation, and most seasons they are of equal or similar value

but now the amount of times u press karma and die 2 seconds later is a little obnoxious

I’m sure the git gut professors will figure out a way to say it’s not a meme CD right now

I feel like this IS the middle ground for karma.

It’s not intended to be a bop where you’re totally immune, but it’s still quite a bit better than many other walls.

I think ww is super survivable atm btwn karma, diffuse, fort brew, fof parry, and port.

try counting the amount of times people say “go through karma” lately - its literally everyone, nobody respects the CD

Hyperbole 2.0, I remember calling you out last thread for it.

Cause for some reason it takes Chunli playing WW for the player to realize that they can in fact combine Karma & Port.

Then we look @ the replay and see it was Veins, Blades, Bomb, Dance, PI, full stun off dr

this is the middle ground. try shadowlands for a weak karma that dies in 1 global. prior karma was disgusting

yeah this stopped after shadowlands. the last time WW had to port defensively and also kite melee out at times with roll

Monk should get a mild absorb if it’s removed or doesn’t go off for some reason.

Right? I swear every melee feels like they need to be on a caster’s face 100% of the time or they’re doing something wrong.

I always think it’s wild when I see things like, “ww/dh needs karma/blur during stuns!!!”
As though they don’t have insane mobility tools to disengage and kite.

Is this even happening though? From a healer’s perspective, I see a LOT more WW deaths without ever pressing karma than just dying through.

It doesn’t even feel like WW are good kill targets to begin with most of the time

Ehh.

Its 50% of your HP, so a 5m shield, and redirects 70% of that back, so 3.5m damage if fully absorbed.

I’d be happy if they reduced the cooldown a bit, maybe to 60s?

Touch of Karma used to be a terrifying ability – one that made people fear targeting a windwalker – now its reduced to “Oh, i can just burn through the shield no problem”

Buff to 60% hp, 70% healed back to the WW either as a shield (if used @ 100% hp) that persists for 5s (nondispellable) and remove the damage component since no one cares about it anyway.

2m cd tho, make fort brew like a 2m cd as well maybe

Fort brew is a 2m CD that a talent node can make it either 1m30s or have 10% increased health/DR
