Can a level 30 toon add a socket to an ilvl 90 piece of gear?

I’m guessing the answer is no. But I’m trying to twink a toon a bit and would really like to add 1 gem socket to any of his gear. Is there any way that can be done?

Outside of the old belt consumables that add a socket, and maybe blacksmithing bracers/gloves (if that still exists)

Im not sure theres a universal way to add a socket to gear

Garrosh Heirloom Weapons have 2 sockets, I think they can take gems up to Wotlk.

If there is a way to add a socket to an existing piece of soulbound gear, I’m there. if I have to change my toons profession to BS or JC, I will.

Here is my 30 priest if you need an example, you can probably get a belt with more sockets on it from ICC.
