Can’t turn in Last Stand of the Moon Guard

I can’t turn in this quest to Thalyssra it says you can’t do that now. So I can’t progress further into the balance of power questions because Saving the Moon Guard in Suramar is a requirement. I’ve tried relogging, abandoning, turning off addons. I don’t know what else to do. My in game ticket was marked as resolved after it basically said they won’t help me with this issue.

It was most likely marked that way because most of the times it is considered a game hint and GMs don’t give game hints.

Have you checked Wowhead? There are suggestions there like feeding mana to First Arcanist Thalyssra.

Another solution is to realm-hop to try First Arcanist Thalyssra on another realm.

I can’t feed her because it’s not withered Thalyssra that is in Shal’aran for me but her restored Nightborne model. And I’ve tried all of the Wowhead potential solutions sadly. Out of curiousity what is a game hint?

Something like “where do I go now?” or “how do I complete this quest”.

Is your issue with Horde or Alliance? I can make a group in the group finder to help you try another realm.

Ah, I see. That seems kind of odd for a game company to have that policy but with how big Blizzard is I suppose it makes sense. Although my ticket wasn’t implying anything like that, but with the response I got it was very clear that they hadn’t even read what I wrote beyond the category that it was in. My character is horde. Thanks for the help!

I created one called “Jump” in the group finder. Group leader Saeyr-Trollbane

Edit 2:
Another option is to turn warmode on/off.

Edit 3:
We used my character and party-synced. This properly rephased the area and allowed the quest chain to be completed.

I have tried the warmode suggestion and there was no change. Is someone up for helping me with this as well?
