Skull of Man’ari is unable to be transmogged in Legion Remix. The Spine can be, and Maw of the Damned on my Death Knight can be transmogged, so I’m not sure why the Skull can’t.
I saw someone running around with a transmogged variant so I too am confused
you have to make sure your transmoging an actual artifact appearance over your weapon that’ll change the skull.
