The forms claim I have no active game time. The actual game says otherwise.
I have to say these forms are particularly buggy. Over and over I can’t post without having a character listed, but the method for choosing a character is bugged for some browsers
Technical Support has nothing to do with the web forums.
If you posted in Customer Support or Website Bug Reports, you would have been told that you probably need to log out of the forums and back in a few times to jostle the forum software into actually checking your account status.
There’s is a known issue that shows once in a while, where all it shows for characters is your bnet tag. That might take a while to clear and you may get a random character selected.
Logging out and back in will usually clear both.
