It’s been on every type of platform the only way I can log out is to reset my browser history and logins. I’ve tried multiple devices, when I check the account’s game time end date and try to log out afterwards to log into another account that I own afterwards cause I play on multiple accounts, it says error and will not log me out.
I am having the same issue. Not sure if its a battle.net/chrome issue. But I cannot log out of my sons account on my browser. The logout button is not clearing session.
Yes, whenever I try to log out on the Battle.net site where you buy stuff for the games or look at your account information I get a page that tells me this page doesn’t exist and it does not log me out. It’s been doing that for a while. I’ve tried it on Safari, Firefox, no matter what browser I use the only way to log out is to clear everything in my browsers.
I’m also having the same issue. deleting all site data does nothing. hard reload and clear cache does nothing. I cannot logout of my account on https://us.shop.battle.net/ no matter what I try. Running latest Chrome on Windows 10.
