Can’t get to Argus

Hail Friends!

I really want to play a void elf in Shadowlands, but for the life of me can’t figure out how to get to Argus.

I main an orc shaman and didn’t play during legion. So I first boosted a Worgen to max, then went to Dalaran and for the life of me can’t find the prerequisite to uniting the isles. I know Kadgar has it, but can’t get him to spawn it.

So I created an alt, leveled in exiles reach, found out I needed to progress along the BFA quest for a bit to unlock Chromie time and now have a level 25 priest who just secured their final artifact weapon.

And yet, I still can’t figure out how to start the quest line to get to Argus.

I’m really frustrated at this point and can’t figure out how to do it. Any help would be very much appreciated!!

So, the first question is, which boost did you use on the Worgen? If it was a level 110/48 boost, then world quests and the broken shore are already unlocked. Khadgar should have the quest “The Hand of Fate” to start Argus. Make sure you are in Legion Dalaran, not the Northrend version. The boost should have come with a Dalaran hearthstone in the supply bag you got.

If it was a 120/50 boost, you’ll need to start at the beginning of Legion content. If you picked up a Dalaran hearthstone from the innkeeper in Dalaran, delete it. Then, go to the hero’s call board and start Legion by getting the Broken Shore option from the Hero’s Call/Warchief’s Command board. Follow those quests until you’ve opened up the scouting map in your Order Hall.

For the priest, if you want to do it on them, you’ll need to get to level 45 before they can get Uniting the Isles. (But you can work on getting to friendly with the 5 zone factions while you level, so you get all of the requirements for “Uniting the Isles” done before you actually pick it up.
