My Zanzil debuff was dispelled, so when I complete the rogue class quest at level 20, I did not receive the Poisons ability in the spellbook, so I can’t make any potions. please help!
WotLK? Classic Era? Details matter!
(Poison skill was removed in WotLK. No rogue can make any poisons.)

And you shouldn’t in WotLK. All poisons are available on vendors and removed from the rogue trainers; rogues can no longer make their own poisons.
