Player made campfires taught by learning the cooking secondary profession are currently not causing damage to players when they stand on top of them. They should be causing some small minimal amount of damage, something like 10-15 hit points per 5 seconds.

I’m sure they’ll never reintroduce that like in the 04 release because it was used to grief other players, especially AFK players.
Used for plenty of other things as well, especially pvp. They kept 10 man dungeons and are committed to keeping classic as it was so this mechanic should be fixed to be working as it was. There are plenty of ways to grief other players like training mobs on them, infernals, etc and they are not changing any of that so I don’t think that justifies removing a valuable pvp and flavor mechanic from the game.
