I did the campaign skip on my 2nd character and was doing the side quests on him but I can’t access certain NPC’s because it says I have to progress the campaign or they won’t show up. The Ringing Deeps surface elevator quest is one of those quests for example. The rusty handle is not available to click because I don’t have chapter 2 of ringing deeps complete even though I have done the full campaign on my first character.
yer i cant skip the campaign on my hunter but i did it on my druid dont know how to fix
