This is why I am letting my account dwindle. I have been playing since Thanksgiving 2004 and all you care about are the 20 players that have no life and do hardcore raiding. We aren’t children anymore. Most veterans only play a few hours out of the week. Get over it.
So do those other aspects and not worry about the quest?
Coming from someone who hides behind an alt. Still doesn’t refute that you’re all lazy and entitled.
Or, you know, Blizzard can stop time gating things. That would be the better option
You are playing a massively MULTIPLAYER game.
I don’t know why people like you say this like it’s some sort of “gotcha!”
This is the original box art for WoW in 2004:
“Play solo or enlist fellow heroes”
They want solo players. Or, well, they used to.
It’s currently 2023.
Literally only means multiple people are playing at the same time in the same space, but keep clinging to that as an actual argument
It’s currently 2023.
Yeah I don’t own a WoW box that says “solo players gtfo”
Just want to be very clear–
The final chapter for the Embers of Neltharion questline will open up to all players, regardless of their personal raid progression, when Scalecommander Sarkareth becomes available in Raid Finder. That story is related to the end of the raid. So in order for players to see the content as intended, we’ve made two possible requirements for the quest to be given: either (this week) you must have killed Sarkareth, or, for those who do not raid, the last chapter will open to you the same week as the final Raid Finder wing opens.
This way, we’re able to deliver the content to all without spoiling it for players who want to experience it chronologically.
Hey jw if any fix is planned for the rest of the peripheral story being locked behind months of grinding so much that most of the WoW playerbase doesn’t even know things that happen?
We gettin that or nah
Okay, cool. There should be plenty for you solo players to do then
To be honest, that is part of the game to complete the quests and not have them backed up for years uncompleted .I have right now several years of endings that have not been finished .I’m sure that is making me very happy to not finish this one for a month or maybe never.
Yeah I don’t own a WoW box that says “solo players gtfo”
Skyrim is looking for solo players.
Okay, cool. There should be plenty for you solo players to do then
Do you even know what you’re arguing now?
Solo players are giving Blizzard feedback on timegating this campaign, which is what the General Discussion is for, and you’re spouting that it’s a multiplayer game like that’s a point.
Skyrim is looking for solo players.
So is Blizzard. What’s your point?
What is stopping “solo” players from doing a normal raid that requires no voice or communication at all? It took my scuffed alt all of 90 minutes to do this the other day.
If you can get rid of the mental issue that I have, sure, but the reason some people don’t raid isn’t because they’re not good at, or somehow “undeserving” of, the game.
What is stopping “solo” players
Dude, I don’t know, it could be any number of reasons.
If you’re a raider then why do you care if people see the end of the campaign without doing the raid? Does this affect you some how…?
So you want to see the finale of Scalecommander Sarkareth, without actually doing the raid and finishing him? Wat
It make them feel less special and that makes them sad
Then deal with your decisions. The end of the story is this week. If you can’t/won’t/refuse to play the content tied to it. That’s on you.
Can’t wait for the complaining about having to do the megadungeon in 1.5 because the story has the audacity to go there.
