I can’t move past this one quest. The NPC named Voress’thalik simply won’t spawn (well it’s spawned just perma dead). Anybody know of a workaround or any info on this?
No work around currently.
Quest has been broken for sometime according to Wowhead

yep broken have to do one of the other achievements for the zone.
