Campaign Quest "A Message Most Dire" bug

I just ran into this issue today. How has this not been fixed yet? I will try completing all side quest but I am annoyed.

I havenā€™t been able to advance in the campaign and have been stuck because of this bug its so frustrating

I have the issue of not being able to find the message most dire shield exclamation point quest in seat of the aspects. Canā€™t find how to get to it in the building

if sheā€™s where sheā€™s meant to be, you can just fly to the top of the buildingā€¦ or walk into the building and use the teleporter at the back of the room

if youā€™ve got the Tyrhold quest in your log, she will be in a different location.
abandon the Tyrhold quest.
