I don’t think there’s any loot that we receive from the actual instance. Kind of weird that we can’t complete the campaign this week.

Unless you are planning to only do Story Mode and not normal for the kill, then yes.
For me hopefully I’ll down Gallywix Normal with my guild during our Friday/Saturday raid.

Yes, but lots of people aren’t in guilds that do normal. Making us wait to next week or even the week after to do Gallywix is fine in terms of story. But denying us the ability to complete the campaign so we can skip on alts is just punitive for no good reason. Lots of people who don’t do normal raids have alts. I held of on all my last week knowing I would have the skip this week. But no. I could maybe pug normal but no guarantee that can work either.

Did the campaign on an alt because priest questing is the most tedious nonsense imaginable. I want my skip.

I mean, we stop doing normal after the first 2 weeks. Then it’s just Heroic. Once we get AotC we do a normal run for the Glory of the X Raider achievements.
Early on into a season champion track gear, especially trinkets and rare items, are totally worth doing normal for a few weeks.
genuine question: what are people trying to do with a campaign skip on alts?
Betting they want to skip to the gallywix quest for the crafting mat, but I’m betting since it requires that quest it’ll skip past it and you won’t get the mat

I thought it was supposed to be today, but I must’ve skipped over the part where they said you have to do the raid. At least we can take them to undermine and ignore the quests. I just want all my alts to just do the apartment quest even though I was disappointed it wasn’t a “private” apartment, a small preview of housing. I have many roommates coming in and out lol in my new apartment.
You can get it this week, if you kill gally

Yep so you have to do the raid to get the skip now or you can wait till next week and do the story mode. I just saw the wowhead article. At least it’s not another bug.
Considering it will probably skip past the only thing you would want from the campaign, idk if it’s worth the wait lol

Probably want to unlock the zone world quests/events right away for alts.

aren’t they already open? i went right through the portal on two alts, got in my car, and started doing stuff.
