I’ve always played on high sensitivity with my mouse, and have had this mouse for awhile, but I’m experiencing a weird camera rotation issue…
I pretty much always rotate while holding down Right Click so my char moves too (like most people I’d assume) but lately I will be moving the camera and then out of no where it will just spike in a random direction and go crazy for a few seconds… I’ve even lowered my mouse sensitivity and the in game camera rotation speed but it will still spike randomly from normal movements.
Anyone else have this issue or have any solutions?

Check for dust bunny or hair in your mouse sensor.
Same issue here. It’s driving me insane. I’ve done the /console setyawviewspeed and pitchspeed. I messed with in game setting bars for camera and mouse. I checked my Razr settings and turned dpi up/down turned speed up/down. At a certain angle my camera goes into this spurts of spiraling straight up or down.
I have the same problem. Flick of my wrist usually pans my camera about 15 degrees so my mouse isn’t super sensitive. Then, when I hit one of these spazzes same flick of my wrist equals to a 180 degree turn and all the sudden I’m running in the opposite direction. Hope somebody knows a fix?
Also, when it happens if I stop at the spot it spazzed it keeps acting like this till I take a step and move off the spot I’m on. As soon as I make a movement in any direction camera returns to normal till I have another ‘encounter’ with the bug
I am too having this problem, and the blue posts I’ve read about similar problems have not solved the issue in classic or retail.
Try this out! /console rawMouseEnable 1
It worked for me
