Since the prepatch I seem to get stuck in one camera position and can’t either scroll in or out. I’ve disabled all add ons. And I changed out my mouse to see if that was the problem. If anyone else has had this issue, what did you do about it?
Which is not a full UI reset. Disabling addons by themselves really doesn’t do a bit of good, you need to rename/delete the Cache/WTF and Interface folders and then launch the game in it’s default settings. If it works, then you get the fun part of tracking down the addon or UI elements that broke it.

Ravenhawk has the correct test. You can test the UI situation.
As I mentioned this is a test. If it doesn’t help simply remove the OLD from your original folders then delete the new folders the game installed. This will return your original settings

I feel silly. But it turns out, I just had to go into interface settings and rebind the keys.
