Title. I have swapped to the other options, reloaded, relogged, RE-DOWNLOADED. and nothing. works. this is one of the most infuriating things i have ever dealt with.

Same issue here. Very annoying. Camera feels very different as well when strafing and settings wonāt change it back
Iām having the opposite problem, my setting should be on Adjust horizontal but no matter what I do the camera never adjusts, no matter the setting

Something definitely feels off with the camera since the patch, but I canāt quite put a finger on it.
As a hunter, properly positioning your camera so that you can disengage in the direction you want to go is really important, and itās a skill that Iāve mastered in the 15 years or so Iāve played this game.
Something is off since the patch. It feels as if thereās a delay or something when I hit disengage, because it will never actually put me where Iām supposed to be going according to the camera.
this is the problem iām having as well, regardless of what setting i use my camera will never adjust so i have to use the right mouse drag if i want to āresetā my camera after i have looked around with the left mouse drag
any update? same issue here and its driving me nuts
okay I spent another 10 mins searching and found this

worked for me. good luck
I get a āyou donāt have permission to do thatā error when I try to run that command 
** update; it does seem to have worked, thank you. Everything else reset with it as far as options goes so just be aware of that before anyone else tries it. Stuff like auto-loo, all the little āhow toā pop ups, etc. all get set back to as if this was a brand new character
