Camera gone crazy

the camera does whatever she wants, spins out of control, especially on pvp, also happens in pve but i feel it more in pvp, if someone uses “fear” the carmera turns up, doun, back and do what ever she wants, or if I use “heroic leap”, or metamorphosis in my DH its the same, and i can’t see where im going . all ready turn of the max Foreground fps and the max background fps, my mouse sensitivity is on 800, the lowest it can be and the problem is still there

Is your mouse polling speed 125 or less?

hi, mi polling speed is 500, my acceleration is 2/10, dpi 800, Im using a razer naga croma muse, ( im the same person how create the post, just changed my profile picture )

Try setting the polling speed to 125.

in interface is Camera Following Style set to Never adjust camera ?

so I set the polling speed at 125 and did the camera thing on never adjust camera, but the problem is still there

You have hit on a couple of the common mouse issue fixes with no luck Baksha. Let’s try the Raw mouse fix next.

Enable the rawMouse CVar. Open a chat box then copy/paste this line. (Ctrl + V will paste it)

/script SetCVar(“rawMouseEnable”, 1);

To check that the script worked go to the Wow folder > retail > WTF - look for the Config file. Open with notepad. This should be at the bottom of CVar list:

SET rawMouseEnable “1”

(0 - zero is off)

ok, so I did it but didn’t work, there is no Set Raw Mouse Enable line

Open the config file then add the line yourself - exactly like it is typed here - copy/paste if you like. When you close notepad it will ask to save changes - click yes.

SET rawMouseEnable “1”

I’ll reply here - the forum may not let you post again until you can reply.

ok so I join a bg for a test, and the problem is still there, the same

Alright - there is a Windows setting that can cause mouse issues. Go back to the main Wow folder - retail folder. Down near the bottom of the list is the Wow icon (W) icon.

Right click on the Wow icon. Select “Properties” at bottom of list. Then select “Compatibility” tab along top of next pane.

At the bottom of that select (check) “Disable Fullscreen Optimization”

ok, so its a no again, didn’t work

in fact I think it’s worse lol

These camera/mouse issues show up now and again on the forum here. They can be a real pain. A good number of things can cause them. Let’s take a look at a DXDiag report next:

The second section of page has DXDiag report instructions - we don’t require the MSinfo report.

That will be a wall of text. If you have issues pasting on the Forum here go ahead and put it up on pastebin.com. Provide the link code portion of the URL - example below.

(The green bold portion at the end of this example link: https://pastebin.com/**Qk28Ed1P** <=== this code)

sorry I don’t understand, you want me to paste the dxdiag report here?

You likely can’t - that is why I gave pastebin instructions - those are long walls of text.
