I came across a massive camera bug about a week ago. While I was playing on my new Hunter, I was doing a quest at the hot springs in Tiragarde Sound that required using a camera item to complete. While I was using the item, I hit one of my camera keys, which caused the camera to pan behind me, and my camera controls have been completely broken ever since. Home and End don’t do anything, nor does assigning those functions to different keys.

Resetting your UI should resolve the camera issue.
I tried that already. Also tried restarting the computer as well as reinstalling the game. Nothing worked.
You may want to ask in UI and Macro or open a ticket.

Finally figured it out. Turns out I had to do /run ResetView(2) SetView(2). Instantly fixed it.
