Camera and cursor interact bug

So I just recently got back into wow a couple days ago and a very odd bug has been occurring. It took me a while to figure out exactly what is going on. Essentially when I am using right click hold on my mouse to turn my camera and then immediately try and either click on anything in the world or if I try and use a key bind that places something on ground (such as capacitor totem or ring of peace) the cursor is stuck in place where I had right clicked to turn my camera. As well when turning my camera my cursor doesn’t stick in place like it used it instead moving along the screen.

I have tried every solution I could find so far on the internet. I have zero addons currently, not even a folder for them, I have done 2 fresh installs, I have scanned and repaired my wow program, went through every graphical setting in game I could, I changed DPI settings, I ran wow as admin, I have tried everything possible I could think of doing. All drivers are up to date, and this happens with multiple mouses as well one of which was brand new. And tried multiple different usb ports. As well this only happens in WoW it has not happened in any other program. Specifically only in game, on the title menus and character select I cannot replicate this bug.

For visual help I found a video that is very much like the problem I am having https://youtu.be/Z5Lv30aGJ6g?si=rOs1Ksj885squXwB

Any help or any clue what could possibly be happening would be greatly appreciated

Also I opened a ticket when this was originally happening but I wasn’t resubbed at that point and hadn’t gotten a reply since. Unsure if resubbing matters or not when opening a ticket but just providing the info in case it does.

What mode are you running WoW in, windowed borderless?

I have tried window, windowed borderless, and fullscreen

Do you have your resolution set to Default or some other value?

Found this in the comments of the video you linked:

Tried multiple different resolutions and it didn’t seem to do anything. Tried setting as default and not.
