Same problem. Just started today. Camera wont let me look horizontally 360. It stops randomly in both directions.

/reload isn’t an option in Solo Queue. This bug is completely ruining the game for me now.

Why is no one from Blizzard saying anything about this? The various camera adjust option have not worked for me and my friends for over a year. We’ve reported it repeatedly, but no one is acknowledging the bug. Most of us don’t use addons, so they cannot be the cause.

I am trying to do Spelunking the Den in Forbidden Ranch 
 I have disabled all of my addons and still cannot adjust my camera angle. I try to look up for the hook and I see it but my camera readjusts back to the ground view. If I am fortunate enough for it to stay focused on the hook and I repel up I cannot keep camera focus on the grip points. Camera keeps readjusting and the grip points are out of view. I have tried /reload and it does not work either. Guess this quest will not get done.

I’ve noticed over the years that this happens when you leave a vehicle in-game. You know, one with extra buttons to press like the dragonriding mounts, siege vehicles, etc. This bug has been around for yeaaaaaars and still isn’t fixed which is lovely.

If im not mistaken they changed a ui interface option within the camera settings. We use to be able to interchange the settings.
