This Calming the Land World Quest @ 73, 53 of The Azure Span has taken over my extra action button with an ability called ‘Summon The Cleansing Totem’. I just tried running a +16 Algeth’ar Academy and I killed the key for the group because I picked up the ball and couldn’t throw it with this ability there. I then tried returning to the quest area and completing the quest but it won’t let me do that either. I summon the totems on the lake spirits and bears and nothing is giving me credit. This is completely preventing me from Algeth’ar Academy this week. Extremely frustrating!!

After entering and leaving the area several times the ability finally went away. Highly recommend you fix this as I’ve already seen other threads with people having the same issue:
